        1. Higher School of Information Technologies and Energy. (IT & E)
        2. The higher school trains specialists in mathematics, mathematical and computer modeling, automation and management, computer technology and software, information systems, electric power, heat energy, radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications.
        The structure of higher education includes the departments of the university, engaged in engineering training of students, as well as departments specializing in various specialties, bachelors and masters. In higher education, the educational process is based on progressive scientific and technical and pedagogical concepts that provide for the fundamental nature of physical and mathematical training and the availability of the latest information technologies.
        The teaching staff of the higher school, consisting of 14 doctors of science, 3 PhD doctors, 47 associate professors and candidates of sciences, 4 honored workers of higher education, with the participation of students and undergraduates, conducts intensive research work.
       Currently, the total number of students enrolled in higher education totals 1207 people, 517 of them on the basis of a state grant. Graduates of higher education are trained in the international program "Bolashak". In the 2015-2016 academic year, under the international Bolashak program, students and undergraduates study at universities in the United States, Malaysia and 15 students of higher education in academic mobility are trained in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Turkey. For excellent knowledge, 5 students of higher education were awarded the Presidential scholarship.

24 V, the capacity of the batteries 300 A / h.

The wind power installation is designed to investigate the following characteristics:
• measurement of the speed of the wind generator;
• measurement of the minimum working wind speed;
• removal of characteristics of idling;
• removal of the load characteristics of the wind generator.
